STEWART GILCHRIST FINALLY IN MILAN!

YogaFestival has been waiting for years to see him return to Milan, the city that first introduced him to Italy. And Stewart is back, by popular demand, on Saturday, May 17th, for a “full immersion” into his unique practice.

THE WORKSHOP: “Yoga Flow!! A Renaissance of the Art of Vinyasa Krama.”

A workshop that explores the fundamental elements of Vinyasa Krama, a practice Stewart has been teaching for over 25 years and has seen evolve into one of the most popular and practiced approaches to Yoga worldwide. The workshop includes practical aspects of Ashtanga: asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra.

The class will be held in English with Italian translation.

The cost for the day is €108.

Time-table: from 09.30am to 05.00pm

A break is scheduled between approximately 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM.
